The Art of Living course gives you the practical knowledge and techniques to unlock your deepest potential and bring fullness to life. The techniques are effective in reducing stress levels and increasing your health, physical energy, enthusiasm, self-esteem, awareness, and clarity of mind. Integrative Restoration – Kelly
Integrative Restoration or iRest® is a transformative practice. it is a process of connecting to oneself as a balanced, whole and healthy person by healing layers of tensions, unresolved issues, and negative thoughts to arrive at a place of total well-being. During class all you need to do is hear my voice and instructions as a guided meditation, and notice your spontaneous responses. Starting with the physical body, and then becoming aware of your breath, feelings, emotions, and beliefs, you observe and welcome the various layers of waking existence. Everything you may experience during the practice is to be welcomed without judgment. Integrative Restoration iRest® can be practiced by anyone. It can be practiced lying down or sitting and eventually becomes a way of life, enabling you to trust yourself to have the right response to various situations that arise in your life. People using iRest say they have less fear,anxiety, and depression. iRest has been scientifically proven to improve issues as difficult as PTSD (Post traumatic stress disorder)
